picture discussion

This picture depicts a scene at maybe a temporary home shelter after a major natural disaster or after a war. In the picture, there is an injured man and a few doctors attending to him. The doctors have attached drips to the injured. From the looks of the doctors, it seems that the injured may have suffered a serious injury.
Judging from the skin colour of the injured and the skin colour of the doctors, I can see that the injured and the doctors both belong to two different countries. The injured may belong to the local country while the doctors have come from other countries to assist the locals after a big ordeal. Many people in the background have gathered around to have a glance of what is happening and the doctors have surrounded the injured. From the expression of the doctor in the middle, he does not seem optimistic about the injured person's situation and the injured seems weak. From the picture, the doctor in the middle is wearing a uniform with a "cross" sign on his left arm. Therefore, I can confirm that the doctor is not a local and he is being sent to the local area to assist the locals in recovering. The situation in the picture seems more to the idea that the local area is being struck by a natural disaster and the person who is lying on the ground is an unfortunate person who suffered from the ordeal.
Looking at the skin texture of the injured and the doctors who are sent here, I can say that the country is weak and poor. They had to seek help from others and had no proper evacuation procedures, so the locals had to build temporary home shelters to recover from the disaster. Life of these refugees are tough and I hope that the injured can be saved and life will be better for them.
